Personally, I think that this team is the favorite for this year's Champions League title. Liverpool, Barcelona and Real Madrid.

Liverpool is in great form in this year's Champions League. Liverpool is playing well in every match of the Champions League. Also, Liverpool's players have played very well in the Premier League. On the other hand, Barcelona is also doing very well on the Champions League platform. Although the Real Madrid team is now a little behind in the Champions League, this team has the ability to do better. With the help of Ancelotti, the Madrid team is now in a very stable position. We can see good performance from Mbappe, Vinicius and Bellingham in every match. At the same time, Rodrygo is also playing very well. Hopefully, we will see a stronger performance from Madrid in the knockout round.
Well, the UCL has a lot of things that leave us open-mouthed, 18 matches are yet to be determined and everything is playing at the same time, some teams have to lose some matches, Madrid obviously has to win and wait to see how everything turns out to see if they can make it to the last 16, so in this case things have to be very decisive and at the same time very exciting, it is the first time that something like this will happen in the UCL, so this format makes everything so different and if we look at it, it has made great teams do badly.

When only having the last chance to be able to finish in the top 24 and also playing at home, I personally fully believe Manchester City will win in the last in this round match against Club Brugge. No matter about the odds available, because I will pick Manchester City with the asian handicap option. I am also very sure, Manchester City will not play casually even though for example they have led with a score of 1 goal. Because to really be able to ensure a win then of course, Pep Guardiola will exert all his efforts for Manchester City to win with a big score too.

At least, yesterday's match in the Premier League when Manchester City gained momentum to return to the top four, although Chelsea managed to make a quick goal but Manchester City managed to turn things around and also won with a big score of 3-1. So, because playing against Club Brugge will be the last chance and be the right momentum, the victory for Manchester City is no doubt because it will definitely happen.

It is true that Manchester City seems to be showing signs of recovery, but they cannot underestimate Club Brugge, who in this Champions League managed to beat good teams such as Sporting, Aston Villa and drew with Juventus. This shows that they are not a very weak team and taking into account that Manchester City lost to PSG, which honestly, despite being the leader of Ligue 1, still should not be able to win in that way, and Club Brugge is in a better position compared to PSG in the European Champions League table.

Manchester City's overall performance is still weak. I would say that Guardiola should now give up hope of Champions League this season. And focus more on Premier League. If Manchester City cannot bring stability in the Premier League performance, then the team will not be able to stay in the top four of the table. And will not be able to qualify for the Champions League.

Manchester City has been lagging behind in the points table for a long time due to poor performance in the Champions League. However, in the last 5 Premier League matches, we have seen better performance from Manchester City. Out of the last 5 matches, Manchester City has won all four matches and drawn one match. The performance of City players against Chelsea was good. Guardiola is probably gradually able to solve the internal problems of Manchester City's squad.

At the start of the Champions League this season, who would have believed that we would be discussing a possible elimination for Manchester City in the last game of the competition, i guess that is another scenario to prove how unpredictable football is. Manchester City are playing better in the last couple of weeks, especially in the EPL, now they must take some of that form into the CL in their final League phase game against Club Brugge, and i think at the Etihad they should be able beat Brugge.
Football is one sport that can leave you with crazy and shocking results and for every passionate football fan, I think there's always been a time you must have questioned unbelievable realities like you just did now. Manchester City is on of the top two best performing teams in UEFA Champions League competition in the last five seasons so I totally understand your question and just like you rightly said, I don't think there's anyone who would've predicted that we'll be discussing the English club's survival in the competition at this time of the season but that's actually the reality for them.
That said, I'm very optimistic that they're definitely going win their last game of the group stage against Club Brugge and possibly progress to the knockout stages of the competition

It’s a most for them to beat club Brugge if they want to continue in this competition. They need to be on a more safer zone and get prepared for the playoffs. They have been playing well recently but that has not been well seen in the champions league competition, only in the domestic league are they proving to be dominant and trying their best to get back to their winning ways. Football is very unpredictable especially when it comes to the champions league where a lot of big teams are present and they’re all fighting for the same goal. Champions league is not easy even for the big clubs now and when you don’t put in your best performance, you’re likely to be eliminated even from the first round of the competition.

For Arsenal i highly doubt they can able to advances to the final match this because Arsenal under Arteta don't have champion mentality to gets the trophy from this competition moreover from the history Arsenal never able to gets champion league trophy so my prediction for Arsenal this season is their highest achievement is quarterfinal or possibly their journey will be ended at round of 16 depend on the opponents they will faced later but for Barcelona i was a bit optimistic their journey will be much better than Arsenal this because Barcelona has Hansi Flick which he is experience manager in Champion league

I won’t say for all teams at this point, who gets to win the champions league or who gets to make it to the final match of the competition. The champions league still remains very hard to predict and the team you’re likely seeing to be the better one to win may end up being eliminated earlier before even getting close to the final match. Barcelona and Arsenal after successfully qualified for the elimination phase will be on the same level to me unless they play their next match, we can now rate them better. Having Hanso Flick is not a guarantee for Barcolana’s success and also, having Mikel Arteta is not enough to give Arsenal a trophy in the Champions League.

You know the CL and EPL are two different competitions. Manchester City might be regaining their form in the EPL and lose form in the CL competition. Brugge by all analysis are not meant to be too difficult for Manchester City to win but we know football can be so unpredictable and added to the fact this two are coming from different leagues where the style of play is different as such anything can happen.

Betting on CIty to win is very risky because we all saw what happened in their last game against PSG. They were winning and from behind within few minutes after City were done celebrating their two goals PSG equalised and still added two more goals to seal their victory. But let's assume City has a chance to win Brugge they will have to pray earnestly that a  clubs from position 19 - 24 will have to lose their last game in this stage of the competition. I mean City chance of moving to the playoffs is dependent on many factors but nothing is impossible in the world of football.

Unfortunately, when entering the middle of the season, this team began to lose consistency and also its place, not only in the Champions League, but also in the Premier League.

And who would have thought that a big team like Man City would have difficulty winning and getting a place in the last 16. Currently, Pep Guardiola is under quite extraordinary pressure because Man City is threatened with being eliminated early in the qualifying round. The new formula applied in the qualifying round this season, really makes it quite difficult for big teams to dominate the champions league.

because currently Man City is outside the top 24 rankings, the scenario to be able to qualify for the next round becomes a little more complicated, even when they were able to win their last match against Club Brugge.

The next game is quite easily described in the conditions that are laid out: Manchester City vs. Brugge means a win qualifies Manchester City no matter what. I haven't checked the other matches, but since Brugge is in the qualification zone and has 11 points and Manchester City is 3 points behind as 26th and a better goal difference, a win gives them the qualification for the playoffs. It is still far from ideal, but must be the only goal for them now.

And since Stuttgart is playing against PSG, it would have worked out anyway. But whatever the case, Manchester City must win.

I can imagine how they have a lead of 1-0 and Guardiola is standing there, shaking after 80 minutes that his team makes another fatal mistake and Brugge scores. After all that has happened in the last games, this would be the worst 10-15 minutes for him if they only have a one goal lead. They are going to pressure it for more goals this game unless Brugge keeps it tied for very long. Then all that counts is a timely goal towards the end.

Manchester City have lost their trucks this season. Guardiola has not made many changes to his squad this season. The biggest change was probably the sale of Alvarez. However, Alvarez was a replacement for Haaland. Alvarez has been seen in very few games in City's starting XI. Although the squad is unchanged, Manchester City's overall performance has deteriorated badly.

However, a top team like Manchester City will be eliminated in the first round of the Champions League. It is sad. Before the start of the season, we thought City were doomed to fail in this season's Champions League. I am looking forward to seeing which players Guardiola adds to his squad in the winter transfer window to strengthen his squad.

Surprisingly for me, bookmakers also put Liverpool in first place:

Liverpool - 5.00

Arsenal - 7.00

Barcelona Fc - 7.00

Real Madrid - 7.00

Fc Bayern Munich - 10.00

Manchester City - 11.00

And Arsenal is quoted on par with Real (as is Barcelona). In principle, it's a pretty old story - Real is always underestimated, but what did Arsenal show to be quoted so well? In my opinion, they are failing the season. By the way, it may be that such a difference in the chances of Liverpool and Real is explained by the simple fact that Real will most likely take part in the preliminary playoffs.
It’s no surprise Liverpool are been ranked first in terms of winning this season’s Champions League based on their performance so far in the  competition this season as they are only the team with 100% record so far in the competition, but I don't think Arsenal should be ranked second, Barcelona are the second most consistent team in this season UCL and as such should be ranked second behind Liverpool.

Irrespective of where Madrid may be presently in the standings I think they are indeed a worthy contenders and should see their position also rise to third while the likes of Bayern Munich and Manchester City should have dropped due to their performances in the competition.

If you noticed, Arsenal is not second (or maybe second, but only due to the alphabetical order) since three teams at once, according to bookmakers, have the same odds - 7.0.
However, I think these odds for all three teams are unfounded, Arsenal and Barcelona are too bad in their domestic leagues to be rated on par with Real, and group games in the Champions League mean little.

As people here are talking about Real Madrid chance to win the title, I think it's worth mentioning that Bookmakers still believe that Real Madrid has a big chance to win the title.
I just checked the odds and only Liverpool had lower odds than Real Madrid.

Currently, the odds for Liverpool to win the title are 5 and for Real Madrid are 7. Arsenal and Barcelona have the same odds as Real Madrid.
I don’t see Barcelona or Arsenal even getting to the finals of the champions league this season because they have not been able to maintain that consistency this season so I doubt they will hold up and get through to the finals but if Real Madrid one way or the other qualifies for the knockout stages the odds given to them will definitely drop massively because they will automatically become contenders for their record in past years competing in the Champions League.
Arsenal cannot stay focus with a winning mentality to win EPL, after they let the yrophy slipped off their hands twice. I don't think it's UCL that it will be possible for them to advance to the finals. Champions League is always for Champions who do win their domestic leagues. Like you said, quarter finals will be their limit.

No one would believe that as at then because there was no sign of such and back then they were playing absolutely great but I am not surprised because it is football anything is possible and they are just like every other club as long as they are human being, they are having their difficult time which is not a permanent situation it is just temporary and I believe they are getting out of it gradually and for them to win Chelsea yesterday it simply show that they are really improving and they didn't just win Chelsea they posses Chelsea and at some point I couldn't believe my eyes because Chelsea have been disturbing some weeks or months back in the EPL however, one thing I know for sure is that anything that makes Manchester city to enter the round of 16 they are going to go far in this CL.

Guadiola began the season in strong shape, but when some of his key players became injured, they began to perform poorly in all tournaments. Because based on how Manchester City performed last season, if they indicated they would be strong to win or qualify for the following round of the UCL, you would not believe them. Manchester City will do whatever to get three points against Club Brugge because if they don't win, they would be officially eliminated from the UEFA Champions League, therefore I believe Guadiola will do his best to help his team go to the next round. Let's see how the game goes next week. Which way they play against Chelsea in the league, they really do well and even dominate the game. I didn't expect Chelsea to lose against Manchester City because I believe Chelsea's are better than man-city this season, but I didn't see it on the pitch when they meet. and they performed poorly when they scored one goal. They did not defend properly, allowing Manchester City to create more opportunities against them.

It is still unbelievable that Manchester City are literally out of top 24 now. Even right before the last round of league phase...  Shocked  Does anyone think they can get a shocker already? Even the thought of it feels awkward. Because just think about it. You are one of the teams with the biggest potential for the trophy. But you leave even your playoffs chance to the last game. The last one is a home game against Club Brugge though. I hope there won't be any surprises.

By the way Guardiola made a statement recently. He said that now he understood the struggle Mourinho had while making Manchester United the 2nd in the Premier League. Guardiola has a much more capable squad compared to that though.  Tongue

If Man City won against PSG in the previous match, their chances would be better. But the result is different. With what Man City showed last season, of course, they are also favorites this season, but with their current performance, of course, not much is expected.
The last match must be won and hope for a miracle to come to lift their position otherwise there will be bad luck that will be received by other teams with a visible point difference.

At the beginning of this season we continue to give predictions about which club will win the UCL this season, each member here has many differences in choices for various reasons, but the majority of us previously saw madrid and manchester city as the strongest candidates to reach the UC final this season, but what we see now is the opposite of what we predicted previously and even the two teams still have to fight to qualify for the playoffs at this time, especially manchester city, Currently manchester city is starting to rise in the english league, but I think their chances of qualifying for the play offs are actually very small even though they face a weak team in their last match, they indeed have a great chance to win over club brugge, but the victory does not guarantee them to qualify especially if the teams above them can also win in their last match.

Feynoord win Vs Bayern was another shocker for me, in my wildest dream I never believed that Bayern could lose with such a wide margin against a team like Feynoord, this proves that no team should be underestimated. Although Bayern even hasn't really been themselves. After match day one which saw Bayern score 9 goals against GNK Dinamo, I  thought Bayern will be on the same level as Liverpool currently is in the UCL but I was to have overestimated them this season.
Feyenoord football team played very well in the last match and that team won the match by doing 3 goals in this match. Feyenoord team players looked in good body language and players of that team did back to back goals in this match . Giménez was the person who did 2 goals in this match and he did first goal at 21 minutes of the match and after the first goal , we saw no goal from any team and after 33 minutes we saw second goal of the match and now that goal was from the same player. Ueda was the player who did last goal of the match and he did goal at 89 minutes of the match . Bayern Munich football team could not do single goal in this match and now Feyenoord is above than Bayern Munich team on the points table because that team got 3 points after this match and now that team has 13 points on the table and Bayern Munich has 12 points.
Sometimes in football you can play well and still have a poor result, which means, the performance of the team didn't reflect in the score board. Not taking anything away from Feynoord  but in terms of every stats them came second, Bayern was all over them but couldn't score a single goal. Feynoord goal keeper made 7 saves in that very match, lets say the keeper didn't really do his job on that night, Bayern would have scored 5 goals while he makes 2 saves. In the end what really matters in football is scoring, when you score more goals than your opponent, then you win the game.

They will probably win the last match with Bruges, because they simply have no other choice, but I don't know if this will be enough to enter the top 24 best teams.
Yes, that will be enough.
If Manchester City manage to win their match against Club Brugge, they will advance to the knockout phase play-offs regardless of what happens in other matches.
Currently Manchester City is in 25th place and if they win, they will move up at least 2 ranks.

Yes, that's right, before this last match there were thoughts that PSG could be eliminated in the group stage, but this match turned everything upside down and now City are on the verge of elimination. They will probably win the last match with Bruges, because they simply have no other choice, but I don't know if this will be enough to enter the top 24 best teams. Club Brugge had just stole 1 point from Juventus i think this proven they cannot be underestimate because Club Brugge has a potention to make Manchester City not qualify to the next round and it's clearly Manchester City is the favourite in this match but i am sure they are under pressure because if Manchester City draw or even lost their journey in this competition will ended early so win result is mandatory for Manchester City and for this match i am sure Club Brugge will targetting draw result and since the beginning of match they will attempts to strengthen their defense
Even so, I don't think Club Brugge will be able to stop Manchester City from securing all three points in their next Champions League encounter considering Manchester City's superior squad depth and qualities of players they possess they are heavy favourite to dominate the match and potentially secure qualification to the next stage of the tournament.
