Terminated.
Since I have been seeing a lot of activity in our local thread (Philippines/Pilipinas) can I translate the whole OP into our own language? I must admit that most of us aren't that proficient in English, so translating the whole OP might help my fellow countrymen to better understand what is already stated in this post.
Simply put, yes. Read the bottom of the first post. There have already been 4 translations. A little heads up, translating will be hard and will take some time.

Thank you for posting a compilation of the rules, as a newbie of the forum it has helped me to understand this forum tremendously and I am very thankful.
Spent the last 10 minutes reading these so hopefully they're embedded into my brain for future posting activity.

No I dont escrow anymore.
On what day does the activity change? Its confusing to say every 14 days. for example if the first activity started on monday its always going to be monday. so when is it?

What are the forum/google searches you've done to try and find this on your own?

My guess is the following:

Code:

Added a new FAQ question:

Q: I can't post / embed an image and I'm a newbie. Why?
A: Embedded images have been disabled for newbies due to abuse. You'll be able to post images when you become Jr. Member. See more: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/images-in-posts-disabled-for-newbies-1172918.

It used to be when there was no dedicated moderator.

No, such posts are not allowed. Also, it's physically impossible for every post to be checked in the altcoin forums due to the sheer volume of such content and that's where user reports come in.

Yes.

^^ It's not giving a chance to the scammers to correct their mistake but it's more like one is solely responsible of his/her loss/gain. The admins cannot be held liable if anyone is scammed here. Be careful and think twice before trading is the MOTTO.

beware of your keys.
so, scam are not moderated, to prevent admin abuse?
ok i know. if admin and moderators decided to ban scammers, there would be lots of flame bait, banning wars (since admin/moderators randomly banned others just because of scamming, but it might not have any evidence at all), and could even lead to termination of admin/moderators accounts.
that would be annoying, i know.

give a chance to "scammers" to correct/resolve what they just did, based on the bible.
i guess this makes no sense, but lemme talk about.

I prefer Zakir over Muhammed when mentioning me!
From my understanding of reading Badbears post a little while ago is that activity is no longer updated every hour but when that person logs in again because it was too taxing for the system to keep up I might have the log in bit wrong but its not every hour any longer

Logging in is for inactive users. For active users, it is 1 hour but I guess there are slight delays these days.

Updated one FAQ question with shorena's thread that was mentioned recently in Meta:

Quote
Q: My account was hacked! What do I do?
A: See this thread: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/recovering-hacked-accounts-or-accounts-with-lost-passwords-497545. If you don't know how to sign a message, see this thread made by shorena: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/how-to-sign-a-message-990345

Also, remember when PMing the signed message, send it in [code ][/code ] brackets (just without the space at the end). For example,

Code:
-----BEGIN BITCOIN SIGNED MESSAGE-----
My account has been hacked/lost. Please reset the email to . The current date is .
-----BEGIN SIGNATURE-----

-----END BITCOIN SIGNED MESSAGE-----

Here is the unedited post where I posted that address: ...
OR
I sent that address to someone in a PM with PM ID#...

If you don't know how to sign a message and the tutorial mentioned before didn't mention your client, google for some tutorials with terms like: "signing messages with ". For example, "signing messages with bitcoin-qt".

Ok then we need to teach everyone english Smiley

My ref link deleted by moderator. But he has not deleted other ref links. He makes discrimination?

If you want to share your referral link you may need to put in appropriate ways & places to avoid engaging in referral link spamming. E.g. you could try to put it in your profile URL, like me or hilariousandco.

I doubt it. Sometimes we don't see them, or in rare cases they may be valid, but if you report them they'll get dealt with if appropriate.

4. No referral code (ref link) spam.

If i introduce an english service by translating in my language, and if i give my ref link, is it a spam?

Yes.

-snip-
Do not make topics or replies just to share your referral link. Whether it's in your sig, avatar, personal message, profile, within the post itself, or tattooed on your forehead is irrelevant.

Edited for clarity.

2. No off -topic posts.

Some posts may not be related with the OP but it may be related the post which in the thread. Is it off topic?

Yes. If you have another discussion that arises, its best to take it to a different thread. If its not spam I see them rarely get removed though. Discussions sometimes take sideroutes and its hard to distinguish that from offtopic posts.

4. No referral code (ref link) spam.

If i introduce an english service by translating in my language, and if i give my ref link, is it a spam?

IMHO it will be spam.

2. No off -topic posts.

Some posts may not be related with the OP but it may be related the post which in the thread. Is it off topic?

It won't be deleted if the post contributes to that thread. If the post in that thread which you replied to is deleted, then your post will be off-topic and will be deleted too.
