If all of your altcoins have potentials for long term growth then all you should do is hold them and wait for their price to appreciate again. Don't be overcome by panic and instead try to educate yourself with cryptocurrencies and their behavior. Having a mindset is important because it will prevent you from making a wrong move on your trading and help you to achieve your goal. First, what altcoin do you have? if it is ethereum (or other popular altcoins) do not rush to sell it, hold it for a while. definitely the price will be stable again.

Do not sell them just hold time will come for good timing to sell your coins. I have also coins and I have hold them since nowadays the market are crashing down as you have said, so maybe we need to have a little patience. This is natural and we got huge profit last few days today we need to take a deep breath waiting for the market to have green in color again. Try to look for another alternatives that can helps you earn bitcoins while the market is red.

The declining of prices are normal it even happened in the past history if you will track it but this is just temporary, thats why its better to hodl than losing your coins for selling in low price.

Why dont you look forward for the value to recover and dont mind the price you see presently. When you think this dips negatively you might get tempted to just cut your losses rather than let it pass.

It is highly recommended that you should hold. 1st rule of trading is to sell when the price is high and buy when the price is low. This is a simple concept in which you will gain profit. At the end, it falls the user's patience and business ethic. Practice this and you will have no fear. You should be able to unconsciously have big profit from your on hold coins.

Some coins did increase a little and some did drop a little in value. Just keep holding them for the moment.

You do nothing. Thats the best possible answer for your concern right now. I mean you can throw couple of more money into this period and can earn even better profits once the crypto market start moving upwards. I mean it is simple that we have seen market that fall down the line always goes up the line if given some times. Just imagine why all this is working since so many years? Its all about the patience and holding capabilities of those successful traders who did not fall for the situation. What we can do is just motivate you for now but holding or not is all in your hands. But if I were you then I would probably hold and let the crypto do its work over the time. Its simple and we must keep it that way only.

My situation is worse than you, mate. My suggestion for you is to hold until you can recover your losses but if you have the skills to trade you should cut loss now and make the trades because the market now is stable.
