The fact that many people in the crypt are so nervous and frantically selling their coins because of FUD and false news.
I think that a lot of traders are now panic completely unreasonably and there are no real reasons to sell the coins. I even bought some Waves.
Unfortunately, I could not stand it and sold most of my assets and now I really regret it, because in general the market is stabilizing.

Everyone is afraid who are holder.But they think market will be recover and they will gets profit.
So, it will be better for more patience. Sometimes market is unstable. But not for all time.

It is totally normal that yo can lose 30% in few days. On bad days even in one day. If that bothers you to much just sell and forget about crypto. I not just read and learn and hold coins that you believe will be used in future.
if you have chosen perspective altcoins just hodl, when they give you 2x proft hodl, when they give you 5x hodl, and only if they give you 10x you might sell lil bit) Good luck!

worries must be discarded because it can make you confused. The market conditions of cryptocurrency are fluctuating. But still have to look for info in the future. whether the odds are good or not.
I sold only 10 percent of all my coins, and then these were those coins that will not recover after the dump. I advise you not to panic ahead of time.
Just be patient and dont be panic on whats happening in the market today maybe altcoins may down sometimes but wait for it to bounce back again. Dont sell anything yet you will regret it.

You have to hold and be patient a little bit, it will get some time until the crypto prices increase again, but it will go up sooner or later, so don't panic and keep holding your altcoins in your secured wallet. Selling now with the actual rates will lead you to big losses likely, especially if you bought your altcoins with high prices.
For 6-7 months, forget that you have invested on cryptocurrencies and wait. Patience is the key for getting some profit. I have lost 2/3 of my money in the previous 2 months but you know what, I will still keep waiting without any dispair.

Yes you are right because they can't overcome the greed on their self. They think that here in crypto world are easy money and all of them are FOMOs then the whales takes advantage of that so when the price go deeps they are disappointend and panic so that's why they are selling cause they think they will lose their money.

just hold, you are not the only one who has losses, we all do.there's a lot of holders has 30% loss with big amount of holdings out there but they are not crying like you do. so stop being a kid.
Don't see the point of selling it when you are losing. Cutting losses is an option but in crypto, holding and be patience is the best option for us. No matter what, don't panic sell cause it won't do anything good for the market. Sooner or later market will recover just like the old times. Hope your coins has a good team behind it.
As for me you should hold. Sit down, relax, say the phrase "the market will grow". I think it's better than constantly looking at your investment portfolio and worrying about it. Crypto market is always recovering after a fall 
Many coins lost in the price of 60-80% so 30% is not the worst option. But you need to understand that the price on coins over time will eventually return to their high values as it is a young market carrying promising technologies to the world and in the near future it will only grow.
just hold it bro, i believe after few months altcoins will be back at the top
