By doing meditation and yoga practice everyday we can reduce our anger and can have a peaceful mindset.

There are many ways to calm down the anger like-
1) Do meditation in the morning this will lead you a good day and also you fell fresh.
2) Think before you speak. In the heat of the moment, it's easy to say something you'll later regret.
3) If you get angry for any reason then drink 1 glass of water this will help you to stress down the anger.
4) Once you're calm, express your anger.
5) Get some exercise.
6) Take a timeout.
7) Identify possible solutions.
Cool Avoid such things that will cause you a anger.

By taking these steps you may feel free and you should able to control your anger Smiley

Punching the wall with bare fists is a well known and ancient method to calm down. Wink
yes it could be that way rather than angry anger is not clear mending mud wall if it can muffle anger but if I go out looking for atmosphere that if can muffle anger like hanging out on the street while coffee.

Just observe your feeling,life is just like a telwvision with many films,if you don't like a films you can change the chanel.

Just go to the bed and sleep for the while and you will completely get out of the anger.
