i'll just think of those situations that i was really down and think again of my current situation. if i have a better life with what i have in my current situation, then, i have to stop that anger feeling and just be grateful for whatever i have now.

It is really difficult to calm down when you are at the peak of your anger. I literally drink water to calm down. I do diversion. Although, it is hard I try my best not to say something bad to whom I am angry at.

usually when i am angry i will dodge and be silent. but when there is a situation where I can not be alone, I will take a deep breath repeatedly, and tell to my self calm down, dont worry, dont angry or something that can motivate me

I think that you do not need to keep anger in yourself. You need to spill it out from time to time in sports, for example. Or in art.

Whenever I get super angry, I start counting till 50. It helps me not to react inappropriately.

Anger is normal in human life. This is something that we posses inside us. From inside to outside. Anger candisable one person ability to handle some talents and whatsoever that one person have. It can be an inspiration if one person know how to handle anger. Somehow anger cannot contain our emotion. Things to do if I am in anger mode I travel to forget the current situation. Then I will back if I know I am in the better condition than before.

I'm calm my anger is to go in my room and lock myself there so my anger will calm or I'll sleep until my anger is gone.

“Always count form 1 to 10”. That’s one of the way that I know to control that boiling feeling of emotion that wants to come out. Counting from one to ten gives your mind and body a chance cool down and to think what will be the result of your actions. Being angry is being reckless; you do illogical and inappropriate things that in the end will result you will surely regret. Sp always remember to count from one to ten.
