You got the point. I am already doing that wait and watch policy. We should not enter at the moment we get aware some new investment opportunity. We should give more time for watching that coin to know how it is trading and what will be the dips we can make use of buying. This way we can ensure some initial profits by buying at dips.

The best time of course to buy is when an altoin drops to it's all time lows, like one project I am in now has reached an all time low of only 15 sats, but when I first purchased it, it was sitting at 220 sats. It is a fantastic project but whales have suppressed and pushed the price down and I believe if Bitcoin and Eth fall any lower, it might drop down as far as ten satoshis. These are the best times to scoop up many of the cheapest coins and tokens on your hit list. I am trying to do that now.
I guess it is better to buy from exchange now after proper monitoring of the coin on exchange to know if the coin will be a good investment.It is difficult to buy at ICO stage now because of too many scam.
