Yes, scammer is everywhere in this market. Facebook, twitter, youtube, reddit .. all have scammer. So we can't change telegram errors because this is a great app for crypto and most people are using it. 
I won't agree that scammers, fraudsters etc are associated with telegram rather I will say fraudsters choose to stay put in telegram because it gives them the opportunity to see whom to scam. Also, this issue about scammers are rampant in exchanges groups because they are one of the few project's group that have huge members, that is to say more chances of seeing innocent people to defraud. Therefore it is extremely important for everyone to be careful of those they chat with on telegram.

Telegram is an easy to use platform that is highly compatible with bots, as such people can easily create spam bots, fake accounts to use to create fake population in a group in order to swindle people. It's sad that rather than seeking to use it positively, scammers have chosen to use it as one of their most preferred spamming/scamming platform.

Agreed, telegram not the only place associated with fraudster, we have them in all online platform, but it seems they are more active on telegram and other chat platform mainly because it is easy for them to contact users and share fake links that can result to lose of funds, this is reason why it seems as if telegram is worse than the rest.
