because of its ease in finding groups, and having various systems that are automated and easy, making many people use telegrams as a way to fool people. Some people even try to become admin by following their names, profile photos, and others. if not careful, then young people will be deluded.

To be frank I was first uncomfortable with the title, I think the best thing is, why are there many scammers or fraudsters in telegram? Telegram is never associated with scammers just that scammers are always after places with huge opportunities such as telegram. In telegram are many scammers just like in other social media accounts and whether on telegram or not, there is huge reasons to be careful, mind the people you chat with and many more because there are clones of real people.
Telegram is populated with so many scammers ofcourse, especially those private chatting you to invest in scam crypto projects (mostly HYIP) or fake groups pretending to be real projects especially during token sale. A friend of mine fell into the trap of scammers early this year, he was persuaded to invest in private sale of a scam project. Let's be guided, if it's too good to be true, then it's actually scam.
Every day I have more than hundreds of invitations to invest, and this really makes me feel nauseous because of spam appearing in telegram. I often ignore these messages because I know these are all scam projects and you will be disappointed when investing. In addition, there are many users who pretend to be the CMO of exchanging money to scam the project but the rate is very low and any project is smart enough to recognize. 
It all started with people being a lot more involved in crypto as well, it wasn't like this all the time but eventually telegram became the stop point for the crypto people, there are SO MANY crypto groups in telegram that you can literally find thousands of people in every group and we are talking about 100+ groups with 1000+ people, so it is easier to find targets for the scammers.
All they have to do is open a telegram account, try to talk to hundreds of people, even if they get banned finally, they could just move to another phone and they can try again and again until they can finally find one person they can actually hack and take all their money. As long as you give scammers a way to scam people, they will not stop until you can actually stop them individually.

I never used telegram, so I don't know much about them, but I guess it is easy to use. Easy to manage and keep in touch with everyone. So, there are probably thousands of users over there, for which all those "fraudsters" also tend to use this platform to gain maximum benefit (read maximized scammed profit).Saying telegram is associated with fraudsters sounds really wrong. The same question I keep asking myself why scammers are full on telegram. On daily basis I encounter atleast 2 scammers and sometimes I do have some feelings for people who might have fallen for these scammers in one way or the other.
The answer is simple. Telegram users are more susceptible to telegrams scams. This is evident in crypto communities on telegram. Telegram was initially used by crypto projects as a platform where their users and investors can all communicate. Afterwards some of these projects used telegram as a medium to conduct airdrops etc. Scammers then exploited this approach abd has since kept scamming crypto users. Another major cause is greed. This is common among new crypto users who have heard being in crypto is rewarding. They simply jump on any bandwagon so far it hasa crypto badge on it.

I have seen that there are no regulations in Telegram for creating accounts. I have seen groups with more than 50K members and most of the members are "Deleted Account". It's possible for channel admins to keep their identity hidden and manage the show. Once its over, ready for second one. There should be some unique identity through which accounts can only be created once.
actually there are many factors besides the anonymous side that make telegrams a lot of fraud because of the easy account creation, if we use free voip from textnew or 2ndline for example we can create accounts using voip that is different from whatsapp which is more difficult to register using voip and must use numbers which originated from simcard, and also because telegram was attached to cryptocurrency, besides that telegram also developed their own cryptocurrency.
All the mobile apps can be misused for scams, and Telegram is not an exception. The reason why we use Telegram is that it gives a higher degree of privacy and anonymity, when compared to other similar apps such as Skype, Whatsapp or Snapchat. Unfortunately, this same advantage can be used by scammers for their criminal activity.
Is that really that but rather majority are too quick to trust people or someone you met online. There is always a rule in every Telegram group that Admin don't chat you first, I believe if people stick to that, there won't be problems or issue of fraud

Yes, there are too many telegram users and it makes the situation very difficult to control. I think every day we will have hundreds of thousands of active scammer and they try to scam people in ICO and bounty groups.

I have been scammed once on telegram, but actually, I exposed myself to the scam. Telegram has been my best social interaction at form so far. That I was scammed wouldn't make me label it as a scam ground. Please ignore such talks, it comes from frustrated individuals, sorry to say that. Good and profitable deals comes from Telegram too.
Other platforms may be associated with scammers but I think telegram takes the cake on this, it is a great place of crypto communication and follow up, my best crypto platform, but Man! That place is crawling with scammers ready to pounce on you if you are not careful, if you do not set your personal message security right, many will flood your message with scam offers,
There are thousands of fake people pretending to be Admins on different projects willing to help you, that place is highly vulnerable, innocent people can easily fall victim, so very important for people to apply caution.
Scammer is always present everywhere, but for this market. Telegram is a place where people connect with each other and discuss issues related to crypto. So scammer chose telegram to be able to contact new investors and try to scam them ..

Can you go further about this thread mate?what about that Bot in telegram?i have heard this and seeing some of their function but i don't understand how it works and how people created such to send multiple messages to many groups and inboxes?But scammers are indeed active in telegram and even how more i blocked them still therea re some that tries to Message me and ask about something i know connected ins camming.

I think it is wrong when you say telegram is associated to fraudsters, fraudsters use gmail too, and even upload apps to google play store, can you say google playstore is associated with fraudster ?
You need to avoid the blame game in crypto currency, do not let yourself be defrauded on telegram or any other app.
Always protect not only your wallet, but your interest too.

Using Telegram in non-cryptocurrency / cryptocurrency-related is superb. One of the best messenger for me, really light especially on my computer and mobile phone. And good for privacy since of its encrypted feature.
It's just easy to create a account or pretend to be someone in the telegram, so the best thing to do is self-awareness if you are dumb enough and without thinking, you will probably end up being scammed.
