It's not just in telegram actually. In my country where whatsapp is common that traditional sms and phone call is already replaced by it, there occurs so many scam. It's the disadvantages and at the same time advantage of the secured encryption. Telegram has recently become so popular in many asian countries as well as western so it's not really weird to have that much scammer, what sickening me is that these scammers randomly invite people.

Not only newbie will fall down but all of us even we are pro or veteran if we not careful enough we can fall down and being scam of them. So all is depend on how we more aware about anything even with simple and small thing. Scammers really smart but we should more smarter than them

You cant blame telegram but if we are talking about scammers or bad actor behind you will find them almost in all of our side life. We are in digitals era so basically we just using our gadget/etc to reach each other. So it depend on how we are more aware and be careful about anything. Cryptocurrency is full of scammers,not only in or using telegram but all media so we should know about it and dont easy trust each other. That how you guard your own life.

Lol. Telegram from a distance just looks like it was programmed for scammers because Alot of scammy activies goes on telegram, just try and enter one group, you are doomed if you are not careful. I think another thing is Telegram is a smart social network coz it's filled with a lot of features lacking in other messaging apps.
But all round Telegram is the best for me even though I have been scammed several times on Telegram

its okay to join a verified telegram group or run a telegram bot , there is no point of being afraid .

ive been using telegram for more than 3 years now but i only trust those who are i think trusted . when i see unwanted groups i just ignore it and label it as spam . problem solved . telegram is a good app to me because i can comunicate with the important people faster than any other pm's of a site . what i love the most is that they create crypto bots that we can use for tipping other group members .

Still, if people report those motherfuckers and their channels/groups, telegram is so good that it tags such motherfuckers and/or their channels/groups as SCAM and warns you to be safe while dealing with them. well this is a problem because from the beginning a lot of scammers who roam and can do an invite to their group by using a script or other so that you will enter without your knowledge and they start giving you offers to outwit you.

The disadvantage of the technical development, sad. New traders have to be maximum careful before they jump to such offers. Maybe the Telegram administration will accept the new rules for filtering the scammers or they will change the service terms for sharing the IP address of scammers with police. Scammers always use anything to cheat, right? not just telegrams, even many who use social media accounts, email, phishing, etc. So, this is not the fault of Telegram.
I often get PMs from individuals who invite investment, ask for funds, and other modes, I automatically report the account. If the fraudster's account is reported a lot there will be a red tag and a warning, so take advantage of the report feature to help so no one is fooled.

generally telegram fraud is very easy to reach, as we often see on telegram channels, you can create hundreds or even thousands of messages through bots in a short amount of time. so don't be surprised if fraudsters use this method to commit fraud.
