This difference in positions need individuals who know minimal about crypto. Maybe they trust that Ethereum will take off in cost, as Bitcoin once did. Individuals don't comprehend what Bitcoin is really going after crypto market.
Why some people want the Ethereum to over come Bitcoin in the near future? Is it because they make profit from ETH or what?
Many experts and investors continue to talk about the best technology and advantages of Ethereum compared to the purchase of BTC. I believe that they are in many ways really right. Because Ethereum demonstrates a faster development than BTC.
Those people who want ethereum to overcome bitcoin were the same people who wanted bitcoin to top in cryptocurrency. They aren't serious and know not what they are doing.
Because people prefer ETH compared to BTC. Because I feel ethereum can get a big profit. But if we look at it now, certainly eth cannot exceed BTC. I also hope ethereum can exceed the price of bitcoin.

It is quite logical that each person wants to benefit by holding his coins. Therefore, BTC fans claim its advantages, and ETH investors talk about the best properties of Ethereum. Everyone insists on their own interests, personally I prefer to distribute my investments in the purchase of BTC and ETH.
Ethereum offers newer and more modern ideas than BTC. Simply BTC was the first coin, had a considerable time reserve for development. But today the ETH technology is more functional and efficient, providing useful solutions for many ICOs.
Yes, now many people want Eth to replace BTC. They probably believe in higher reliability of working with Eth. In fact, I also think that ETH in the future has an excellent potential for development and appreciation in the future, so invest in it the bulk of the money.
Some are believe that ethereum can greatly surpass bitcoin. They think because ethereum is developing fast so it can beat bitcoin's price. Nothing can beat bitcoin. Bitcoin is still the king.

No coin can replace Bitcoin. With Ethereum which is inherently Bitcoin-based. But it originated, has a higher security than Bitcoin and is currently competing with Bitcoin.

This is what most of the crypto people wants to happen, for the ethereum to overcome the bitcoin, if this happens, they believed that ethereum wont depend at all in bitcoin, they dont bitcoin to be the one dictating the value, because if bitcoin falls, ethereum will goes too, and if bitcoin rise, so the ethereum too, and this is not what the crypto people want.

Ethereum is more affordable rather than bitcoin, but i bet a lot of this people who said that, are also a holders of bitcoin, this case is normal wherein investors should execute their strategy in order to make profits, ethereum is more affordable now, and its easy to make profit in it, but of course, ethereum is widely tradable.
I think they like ethereum because low fee at many transaction..and then eth having over smart contract better than bitcoin..next generation popular coin is ethereum
Because they feel ETH is being used by many ICO projects thanks to smart contract and blockchain2.0. Of course, everyone wants the price of ETH to rise because they want to secure their profits.
I suppose it is quite understandable, when many people invest in their coin, they always want it to surpass all the coin value of it. Even for the project team, they always have that goal, not just ETH to overcome Bitcoin
I think because it's more populist ethereum technology. more easily applied and also supply more. so will a lot of people can afford to play it. as well as it could be to have the opportunity to gain a greater advantage.
