Bitcoin has dominated the crypto market for a long time and now it is still number one. But now the investment in other types of crypto is increasing, the bitcoin market is being shared by other crypto. I think after a while the bitcoin will be replaced by another crypto.
I think it's not really impossible, Since we first thought about cardiac crypto, we now feel the presence of bitcoin and we start our journey on planet cryptocurrency with bitcoin and we really like to deal with bitcoin. and even many sites recognize bitcoin but not other coins. So bitcoin is the father of all his other coins.
Actualy, it depends whether Bitcoin will keep up with the innovations of its competitors. An advantage though of Bitcoin is it is the mkst well-known. It is the top-of-mind cryptocurrency of the people which makes it easier to spread.
up till last month I was considering bitcoin unbeatable. so whenever we talk with my friends I Was telling bitcoin always will dominate the market but I have changed my mind. I think there will be few more good coins and they will dominate the market all together.
As cryptocurrency is introducing in globally may be coming future will demand more than Bitcoin. But one thing Bitcoin is the first and trusted coin to all so it will tough to replace any coin into Bitcoin.
It could be that bitcoin is replaced with better and more advanced crypto, I'm sure of it, but I hope that bitcoin will last at least 50+ years.

Maybe for some reason it can be possible if someday a new existing cryptocurrency can be better than Bitcoin when it comes to benefits that will surely attracts many people to go beyond it. But as for now that Bitcoin behavior was still beneficial, I think it is still impossible and too far to happen right now because many people relies into this cryptocurrency that provides many benefits and also continuously rising into popularity.

I think yes, I believe its Ethereum who can be replaced with bitcoins. I saw many people start using and investing with it. People are getting annoying by paying highly fee of bitcoins so they chose Ethereum now. Few months ago Ethereum price wasn't enough but now its just surpass 1k$. Its possible it will increase more in this year like bitcoin increased in 2017.
It is hard to replaced Bitcoin by another cryptocurrency. Although some cryptocurrency is somewhat predictable, bitcoin is hard to predict.

in my opinion, Monero, XRP, CTR, Stellar,... can replace Bitcoin in payment because they are faster and have cheaper fee. But they cant beat Bitcoin. it is still the first crypto in the world and most of people trust in it. It likes Gold

It may be harder to replace bitcoin with Alt coins as it holds rank1 
Unambiguously, only that the growth of the crypto currency market will continue, namely bitcoin will grow stronger. Encourage this will be the aggressiveness of market participants, who have already invested a lot in the extraction of crypto-currencies and will not just want to part with it. The machine of crypto currency has gained a critical mass, people all over the world will in any case use it.
Replacing bitcoin will be very hard to do as bitcoin is well established by now.

I think it may be happen but there's a lot of obstacles that the other crypto currency may face before replacing the bitcoin. In this generation bitcoin is the most popular cryptocurrencies and it is the one who started the digital currency which can make it unique. So that it is not a good idea that someday there is a imitation of bitcoin or there will be new crypto. And it is not make sense that bitcoin will rplace because nowadays bitcon is helpful.
I think there will be no cryptocurrency at this point that can replace bitcoin. Comparatibly, most of this altcoin are just pump and dump coin, and not even one come close to bitcoin useability, adoptibility, user base and alot more. So no alternae cryptocurrenncyt can replace bitcoin for onemain readasoon, people adoption.
There is no certain in this world everyone could be replace by another. BTC is possible to be replaced by other cryptocurrency.
The only thing that a btc could be still the king of coin/token because people patronize this thing but after people could fine a better one btc will be lagging.

As far as what I have observed, I don't think that Bitcoin would be replaced by any other cryptocurrency. But, anyway, who knows? Only future time can tell.
