It is not true. For the future, I recommend to calm down and ask about your issues in the normal way. I'm here to provide help for all who will have questions after the answer from our support team.
I will try to explain:
1) Your $1 wasn't charged by us or our bank and it is not a monthly fee. It was charged by Amazon and it is usual practice of many services to check if your card has funds on it or not.
Currently, it is on hold and will be released after 14-15 days since the date of purchase/attempt to link your card to Amazon.
2) Our support team was correct to ask you to verify your card. We are under regulation of UK law and as many other same services we always ask to verify your account to avoid all issues with low limits. Also sometimes our card issuing bank may block your card if they find something suspicious and to unblock the card you will need to verify your account. That is why verified account is the key to the successful usage of our service without many problems.
3) As for your another concern with card unload. Card unload (buy bitcoins) is a blockchain transaction and blockchain fee will apply in this case. According to our minimum limits and blockchain fee, you haven't got enough on your card to make this unload. And our support team was correct to ask you to load more to avoid this issue.
This time we are ready to make a one-time exception and manually unload your card even if it is lower than our limits.
We can't provide your personal details on this forum, that is why we ask you to create a new ticket and send me in private message the ticket ID, I will find it and provide a manual refund to your wallet.
