So many negative posts.
I don't think I will use the service after reading all these posts,
But also I realise their btc/usd rates are worst off than other card providers by a huge margin.

4 days now my ticket is made because of my failed exchange/withdraw that my bitcoin are gone!!!

We're in the same boat. It's been almost a week without any response from them. I've been locked out of my money.
Update: finally got response from support that there are issues with backend and that my problem would be fixed next week or week after that.

From what i have seen their rates become worse as the amount increases, if you put 100$ for exchange, they will take 25% cut. I dont know if they fixed it.

Is Wirex still in bussiness? Have the support people quit their jobs? No answer for days, my money stuck with them and I can't use it because glitch in their system. This is bad.

Guys, I got my tracking number AFTER I received my card.
Does anyone know why it is branded as MyChoice, and it instructs you to use their site to activate the card, but I used the Wirex site?

But how to move remaining euro from the mastercad to the visa card ?
It's very copmplicate with wirex . We need to exhange BTC to € . It's more simple with Xapo....

The move from master To visa Will be automatic on july 15. Your card works ?
I don't know yet if my card works....as I don't have a lot of BTC on Wirex.....and I'm not in a hurry to deposite BTC.....

This is absolutely Crazy . all what i ask for is the tracking number otherwise i wouldn't even know if the card arrive . the Local DHL Office never call or SMS even if the card arrive i used them before and i know that
