Multipools are great for keeping some buy pressure on the coin very good to move towards getting an official one running. It could also help with people who moan and groan about POS coins not being accessible via mining.

That is great news! I just got paid for first time in a WEEK at http://www.altmining.farm/ 3.13 XC for ~3.58MH on X11 algo with my 280x GPU
What miner are you using? I know there have been some updates for mining X11, but I haven't kept track. My rig has been turned off since May when XC went to 100% PoS. I think I was getting 2.1 Mh on my 280x's back then using SPHminer.

Yep that looks like the one I am using too. Nice boost in performance from the original X11 miner

As a Bag-holder you don't wan't a large company to buy XC because they would not buy your coins, they would buy Dan, his team and the source code. Your coins hold 0 legal protection like a stock does, only critical mass adoption of the platform will protect your coins against this scenario if it presented itself.
I was actually thinking about this recently and came to the same conclusion, which is concerning. I feel like the likelihood of major companies being interested in acquiring this tech is extremely high. I'm curious about Dan's stance on the issue.
And you guys are assuming that any purchaser would necessarily buy their services in exclusivity; it's also easy to imagine the team getting hired to develop portals to the XCnet for the big isp's, or leveraging the current and growing XCnet in some other fashion.

instead of trying to push your imagination to the limit, tell more people about XC and share posts in fb/twitter
You seem to have XC confused with a pump and dump coin.
This is rather than only a currency a DAO http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Decentralized_Autonomous_Organization. Being something entirely new it is helpful as an investor to try to uncover what exactly we have bought into and what the potential pitfalls are and their contingency plans.
