I have a question what about the low level investor like me that can afford to buy millions of cc . but would like to participate in the ∁ybernode . I'm just asking

Where?))) Again, no one is buying. Rare buying and selling. Activity in the market is almost zero. So it will be as long as the developer does not provide screenshots, beta version of the wallet, etc.
