Crypto abbreviation, I think I don't need to create another thread for this. Let me know guys if I should create another thread for this post.
It is obviously that you should not create a topic on this, because the forum has a very comprehensive and old topic on crypto abbreviations. You can leave replies and suggest to update OP with new abbreviations found. I knew that yogi has been inactive in the forum, but if there is no new terminology or abbreviations, I don't think you should create a new topic.
Please check it there: Terminology, written by yogi.
Thanks dude, still there are few new crypto abbreviations were not added in Yogi's thread but it is ok as I already added mine (post) here. We don't need new thread for small point.  Cheesy

Maybe you can include this, Cryptocurrency Lingo/Slang by the heyoungmillionaire.

  • One group is for topics started by community members.

Added new section "Threads started by Admin, Mods and Pinned post (NO sub-Forum)".
Here I will add those threads only which started by any Admin and Mod. Not adding links of profile and section because it takes more space.

I don't think we need to differentiate threads on who started it though. As long as it's useful, I think that's okay. Categorizing based on the topics is more suitable imo. So, there should be more specific criteria under those Guides, rules etc. For example, under guides, there's a posting guide, how to get merit guide, how to avoid plagiarism guide (if there's more than one), and so on.
I meant OP should sort them out, because I, personally, will take a look at official threads from admins, or staffs first. Then, after I get basic, essential things, I might move on to other (guides, something like these) in order to get more clarification from helpful threads made by community members. Because, sometimes threads from community might contains minor incorrect information, therefore readers should start with official ones first. We, old users can know admins, and staffs, but newcomers might not, and they need such help (sort out into groups mentioned above). I hope that after this clarification post, you might agree with me.

I think you should split this part "BitcoinTalk Guides, Rules and Others Threads" into two sub groups, because the first group should be the first place to look at, before moving further to the second group.

What about the threads like how to block telegram users from randomly adding you to a telegram group without your consent, thread like How to Enable 2FA using Google Authenticator and how to have a PC version of an android app that doesn't have a PC version or browser extension by using android emulator on your computer. If you include it in the list then here's the thread links
1.) [Guide] How to Enable 2FA using Google Authenticator!
2.) How to Prevent Telegram Users from adding you to Telegram Groups!
3.) Useful Application that you can use in a computer/PC
Added 1st and 2nd thread. I think 3rd is not very relevant to crypto users and my list.

There are a few threads of a kind, but everyone is certainly entitled to create their own as per their criteria and preferences (now that does not mean that there should be a wave of such posts immediately after this one …).

One thing I would point out is that the “Date” column represents the date the post was created, but it could be a bit misleading as to those posts/threads that are recurrently updated (i.e. some threads are updated by their OP weekly, others monthly, other sporadically and others are not updated). The date may give the impression that a certain thread is "old", while what really goes on behind the scenes is that there may be quite a bit of effort on the OPs behalf to update the content regularly).
I added the "Sign Board" for dates

Quote
Thread Activeness:In the most of cases guide threads don't need to update daily or monthy but Lists threads should be get updated according to needs and info.

Similar topic has been created multiple time. I don't think its necessary create new topic with old thread links agin and agin. Try to create something unique and useful for forum.

However since you have created already so move it Beginners & Help section.

These topics have been created before but often are abandoned and not maintained. If someone takes it as a serious project and keeps maintaining their thread and builds on the previous efforts - keeping it current then I believe it is a worthwhile project.

It's good to see you try to make contributions, especially when you are a newbie. However, if your intention is to do nearly the same, or exactly the same what LoyceV has done and kept upgrading, you should lock your topic. We don't need identical (or nearly identical) topics. If you find a good topic, you should submit it in LoyceV's topic, then LoyceV will make screening and assessement procedure before accepting to list submited topic.

If you want to keep doing something yourself, you should narrow down the area on which you will chose relevant topics for your list. For example, you can choose your most favorite areas in crypto, such as mining, staking, and so on. Then, by searching good topics in your favorite areas, you can achieve both things:
- Increasing your knowledge and skills via newly found topics;
- More productively and effectively screening topics to find good ones based on your current levels of knowledge and skills in those areas.
- Saving your time so much.
By the way, having a nice weekend, my friend.

I found there are many thread on this forum which can help users to know and understand more about Bitcoin, Cryptocurrency and this Forum(Bitcoin Community). That's the reason of creating this thread and help community to know more about this forum.

Thread Activeness:In the most of cases guide threads don't need to update daily or month but Lists threads should be get updated according to needs and info. Here activeness means, there are posts in thread and Thread is getting updated by who started the thread.
