Though Timelord2067 created a flag against SiNeReiNZzz that is not a violation of written contact with him. So, I have created a flag that will be shown as trade with extreme caution if enough support by DT.
Username: SiNeReiNZzz

Requesting support for this flag.

We have been dealing with a person blackmail-ing us where he claimed he will take our trustpilot reputation down ( he succeded, but trustpilot removed the fake reviews after a while), aswell as bitcointalk and other online medias.
Currently he's created another thread on bitcointalk where he claims we banned his account with a 1036 USDT deposit on his balance, deposit doesn't exist , but we've asked him  to post the deposit transaction hash on his thread numerous times to validate his claims ( he can't as it doesn't exist, but since he made a public  accusation it should be treated as a regular case where a user might have an issue).

While he will abbandon the account and continue with a fresh one and a whole new story, would really appreciate the support on the flag if you deem it appropiate as some bitcointalk members will simply overlook the the context of the thread and simply base their replies/oppinions on the thread title and opening post.

Flag supported. As I am not active on the Collectibles board, this is my first time reading about this. It would be helpful for someone to provide a brief summary or TLDR; on the Reputation board.

Long story short:

- yogg is the manager of Cold Key cards project
- after a period of depression, when he did not have motivation anymore to continue the project and stalled customers' (already paid) orders he decides to resume his work though
- at some point he realizes that he kept a back-up of private keys for an entire series of cards
- for unknown reasons (some saying he is addicted to gambling) he decides to cash-out all the BTC stored on those cards (the cards were in the possession of their owners)
- someone realizes that his card was emptied and runs a topic in Reputation board: My Cold Keys Just Got Swiped! All Halving Sets!!
- yogg admits his unthinkable gesture
- according to krogoth, yogg stole 0.00625 BTC from each card, total prejudice being around 50.000$
- end of story.

Incredible to see the price for which a person is keen on betraying another’s trust. Apparently, yogg's price was 50K.

Please support the flag.
Unfortunately it’s only a type 1 flag. We need somebody who was scammed to do a red, type 3 flag. This will have to do for now though.

There are 2 active flags for 1 already-solved case. The 2 flags are for the same case, and the case itself has been resolved, confirmed by the OP and labeled on the subject line already.

Please help to oppose the flags because a valid flag should only be "a set of pretty clear fact-statements" according to theymos. Since the case itself is resolved, the flag is no longer a "a set of pretty clear fact-statements".

I ask that at least 3 DT members support this flag (direct discussion to the relevant Scam Accusations topic):

Flag 2998 created.

Due largely to the factors mentioned in this topic, I believe that anyone dealing with Dabs is at a high risk of losing money, and guests would be well-advised to avoid doing so.  This determination is based on concrete red flags which any knowledgeable & reasonable forum user should agree with, and it is not based on the user’s opinions.

A non-exclusive summary of some facts in evidence which, when taken together, constitute concrete red flags which any knowledgeable & reasonable forum user should agree with:

  • Dabs runs and actively promotes a thread whereby he takes donations, allegedly for charitable purposes and not for his own benefit.
  • Dabs also runs an escrow service.
  • Dabs has, thus far, three publicly revealed instances of begging behind the scenes in PMs.
  • In one instance of begging, Dabs explicitly lied:  He said that he had not begged “in 30 to 40 years”.  It is now known that he had secretly begged in at least one other recent prior instance, only four months before.  (When else?  How many others?)
  • Dabs sent not less than one of those begs to a total stranger with whom he had no prior connection or contact whatsoever before that day.
  • Dabs sent not less than one of those begs to a total stranger who, unbeknownst to him, was actually poor.  When, with understandable irritation, the recipient of the beg essentially pointed out that it was horrible to beg shamelessly to a poor person who had never begged, Dabs’ response was arrogantly and quite callously to allege that his situation was “harder”.
  • In 2019 and 2020, Dabs alleged that he “lost 95% (maybe more) of [his] coins” and “lost everything since last year”.  In 2022, one of Dabs’ apparent friends publicly claimed that Dabs “is in an uncomfortable financial situation and could use any and all help”.  Although actual, alleged, or putative poverty does not in itself constitute evidence of dishonesty or untrustworthiness, it is a red flag when combined with such behaviours as begging to strangers in PMs.  How far will Dabs go?  What else will he do, if he is in actual or alleged financial desperation?

The foregoing list of concrete red flags could already be continued.  It will thus conclude for now, to avoid excessively repetitive redundancy and waste of time.

Negative trust feedback will be issued on the same basis.

I am surprised to see that DiamondCardz has opposed the flag who is in default trusted list. It may happen by mistake, have you contacted with DiamondCardz about this fact. I have not found any reason behind opposition of the flag.

1. DiamondCardz is inactive for almost a year.
2. From what I see, he's trusted by 3 active accounts and 21 inactives. Maybe, just maybe (food for thought), inactives' vote should not matter in DT elections.
