Yeah that was me. I made a mistake when creating the flag as I got the wrong reference. Thats why it's withdrawn. The flag I posted here is the correct one.

Been trying to get a bet history + a withdrawal since October. Have tried everything at this point.

Betnomi is a casino/sportsbook and they took 3600$ from me after I completed KYC and have been ignoring me for over a month afterwards. They've even ignored a solid ADR called The Pogg where Betnomi is listed and they don't even bother responding to the accusation either.

This is their reason for suspending my account:

”The user is manipulating the pricing, all odds dropped before the kick off, the user has a strong mathematical and analytical pattern of betting in the exact position, as the pattern was repeated again and again, the user is a strong opinion user and is using strategy to gain leverage in the long term, which is against our T&C. If a user feels that we have done something unfair, please tell them not to hesitate to file a complaint with the Curacao gambling authorities and we will be happy to work with them to resolve the issue. Also, if he needs help getting in touch with them, please let us know and we will provide him with their contact information. We will continue to enforce our fraud prevention policies and take appropriate actions when we detect fraud or abuse.”

Anyone who is into sports betting knows that this is an absurd reason for banning my account.

Long story short:

-When i requested a withdrawal of 0.25btc, Ole7.io casino closed my account and confiscated whole balance of 0.50BTC (around 11700 USD at that time)

-When i asked about the reason for their acts, they responded generically about arbitrage/syndicate bets which is nonsense.

- I challenged them to provide proofs for their actions, i allowed them to post my complete betting history and i even propose them to use a 3rd party mediator to solve the case. No response from their side.

- Even though their representative is aware about my scam accusation topic, he haven't provide any proofs for their actions for many days and his only response is that he can't provide more info blah blah blah.

That means by mistake I have created several flags for type 2 those should be type 3. And as I have created type 2 I have to re-create those which has expired. I was thinking why such a scam flag can be removed too soon. 10years is good enough.

By now 100 Flags have expired. They're mostly Type 2 Flags.

Summary:
Type 1 (the "mildest" Newbie Flag): doesn't expire.
Type 2 ("violated casual agreement"): expires 3 years after the event.
Type 3 ("violated written agreement"): expires 10 years after the event.

They have an alt account apriandalt that does not have any Flags on it.

There is a second alt Budhenk which they claim was hacked (but likewise has no Flag).

 have created a flag for a user who had defaulted 0.4 ETH loan. I noticed my flag has expired for the time being passed. So, I created the flag again to show "trade with extreme caution".

I created a flag against member saxydev who violated a written deal made with me, and I was not paid 0.1 Bitcoin like it was agreed.
