Don't joke with my Daughter
Oh and by the way -- do not call me "Sir" Smiley (I am sure that fillippone would also appreciate if you will not call him "Sir".)

Thank you for your kind feedback.
Apology if you don't like someone referring you as Sir or to any honorably names in respect to their kindness and humility. But from my greatest knowledge and understanding coupled with the side of our country where I came from we are so cultured especially the female gender like me and, to my family background we are so respected to a way we honored anyone born of humans. Irrespectives of our colors, states and countries we (I) do pay loyalty to those whom deserved to be honored and respected, age isn't the ultimate as we believe the least person you don't expect can be in any position we might need helps from.

So I treat people with respect as I know lifting comes from being humble and of course, if you noticed my loyalty you might pick interest to assist such person if you know and understand she or he won't seat in same authority with you without knowing you are the sources of their greatness today, maybe tomorrow when they seat at their home and began to imagine their way about and, people who had whole heatedly assisted them, believe me or not they would surely includes your names to their success stories and timeline as being the number person who pioneered their steps to a greatness.

And again please do not take my words into heart and I believe is a sign of humbleness. Then about your reference to Fillippone translation, I will look into it and follow all instructions given on the thread accordingly, as I believe he's a honorable and reputable person whom I think I am in no way to be compared with couples with his exposure and knowledge gained through his stayed over here and, I still believe he is not yet retired 🙄 in gaining more knowledge, no wonder they said knowledge is power and I can't in anyway compared myself to his wisdom power(bank) as a female mother I am. Yes Absolutely!

There is no comparison of power as a beginner who is passionate to gain vast knowledge across the forum also wanting to bring good tidying to our door steps by renderings some self devoted translation to our general board to help foster the max adoption of bitcoin to the layman's language which I think would be more good and helpful to beginners and to some people like me who don't have a basement to further channels their efforts on. But those topics are being translated accordingly, and with what others has done so far it would give a stability and lowered it to our basic local pidgin which I believe to be more faster in grasping the knowledge sending across the forum.

Thank you Mr  Kiss.

I don't want to derail your topic, but I have been interested in trying to do translations to Dutch (my native tongue is Dutch) but this local board is not active at all so I doubt it is really worth it. [...]
My take: I didn't join an international forum to speak Dutch, we have local forums for that. Most Dutch people can read English anyway, which explains why the local board is more or less abandoned.
I think translating topics to Dutch is a waste of time.

If the respective local board is not active, perhaps you are both right about the (lack of) utility of translating these topics in your language.

babygun, however, if you are passionate about translations or if you think that one of my topics would be useful to Dutch local board, you may give it a try. After all, you can see if the new topic would get some attention from Dutch forum users. From my perspective, I have nothing against this. But, of course, it's up to you. No pressure here.

I've checked the Dutch board out of curiosity, and it seems you are right. There are not so many people active. There are a few members who speak Dutch, but they prefer to participate on the board.

Hello sir GazetaBitcoin please is there any available topics I could use my spare time to work on the translation for 9ja pidgin (Nigeria)? [...] Btw, I have tried to read through the first page and I noticed almost all the topics were already translated and if there is any other please keep it to my reservation as I will like to pick interest to work on it.

Hey there! Thank you for your interest in translating my topics! However, I am afraid that all the topics from OP are already translated in Pidgin. You observed well that "almost all were already translated" -- in fact, absolutely all were already translated... I announced this here:

With these 3 additional translations, all topics from OP are now translated or reserved in German, Polish, Pidgin and Filipino! Big wow for that and I thank to all users which made this possible!

Please I would be glad if you drop available topics to be translated, then I will take immediate effect to start my translation journey, as I know it would also render a great help to my locality.

If you are interested in doing other translations for your local board, try to work on fillippone's topics. As far as I see there are still 3 topics listed there which are not translated yet in Pidgin language. I hope this helps.

Oh and by the way -- do not call me "Sir" Smiley (I am sure that fillippone would also appreciate if you will not call him "Sir".)

And again, if there is any rules I have violated please do not sanction me, as I am only trying to convey some information to my local board by translating your topic.

Thank you as I humbly waits for your feedback.

Remember that includes you too. I don't think you have written anything there in the last month or maybe longer. I am surprised to see El duderino_ speaks Dutch because I always thought he was a Spanish guy.

It seems I am going off-topic (Pardon for that). I still think any work and effort you give to make your local board active will be appreciated. The board is indeed inactive, so why not translate a good topic and start discussing it with your country mate? Even if they do not join now, this may remain a good archive, and some random Dutch people may find it from a search engine. The possibility is unlimited. I encourage you to do some translation if you have free time.

Besides, a Portuguese adaptation was made recently by bitmover: O Manifesto Cripto Anarquista. This is not a translation per se, but an adaptation containing the entire manifesto.

Thank you iwantmyhomepaidwithbtc2 for your endless dedication in translating my topics!

And thank you bitmover for joining this cause and spreading the word inside Portuguese board about this very important historic document!.

Yesterday I translated a paragraph of it, and I was talking with my wife about a line of your topic: "if there is not any entity to harm them, people choose on their own to harm themselves"

You use some words that are universal truths. I believe your topics deserve more appreciation for how much effort you gave to write them and gather those historical data.

Thank you for your kind words, Learn Bitcoin. Well... aren't things so? Meaning that people always do fool stuff to harm themselves, although there is nobody looking to harm them...? Yes, this is a universal truth... For example, when wars started in ancient times and people saw how much damage a war can do to individuals, to countries, to everybody -- what did they do? Did they stop wars? No. Instead, they invented the helmets to not crush their heads so easily...

Imagine someone reading your topic in the 22nd century and thanking you for writing these posts.

Blushing  Roll Eyes Let's hope that our forum will last until then...

I want to take this opportunity to let you know that I will take a little more time than usual to translate the topic. I hope you don't mind.

Yup, sure, no worry. Take as much time as needed.

At same time, Learn Bitcoin reserved the Bengali translation for the second most difficult topic from the list:

Thank you GazetaBitcoin, for the opportunity you gave me to work on it. What I enjoyed during the translation is I learned many new things. During the translation, I have to read it a couple of times for a better understanding. Because I believe I won't be able to explain things I don't understand. Learning new things is always exciting. Yesterday I translated a paragraph of it, and I was talking with my wife about a line of your topic: "if there is not any entity to harm them, people choose on their own to harm themselves"

I am very impressed by this effort since, so far, only cygan acted like a 1-man-army in translating all my topics So all I can say, excepting the fact that I am very impressed, is that I thank you again and again iwantmyhomepaidwithbtc2 for your interest!

Thank you for the kind words Gazeta  Smiley

Bitcoin: The dream of Cypherpunks, libertarians and crypto-anarchists[/b] was translated in Bengali by Learn Bitcoin: বিটকয়েন: সাইফারপাঙ্কসদের স্বপ্ন

I also added these translations as footnotes inside the original threads.

Thank you very much ... Learn Bitcoin for all your efforts!

Thank you very much GazetaBitcoin! It was a pleasure to work with you. As I said via PM, I learned many things during the translation. You have provided some resources that we may never know that it exists. Who will look for the mailing list or the email exchanged between wei dai and Satoshi? I never knew about B money, Hashcash or E-gold.

Once again, I have learned many things from this article. I am pumped to work with a legend like you, who knows many things about Bitcoin and its history. I will also start working on other threads once I feel free enough to start.
