Dear fillippone,

if nothing speaks against it, I would like to start with the next translation into German.
Next one I would to start with would be -> Everything you wanted to know about BTC options but were afraid to ask!

I would like to add some more information to the German trading section since its been quiet there for a while now.

It would be nice if u would add my translation for Stock-to-Flow Model: Modeling Bitcoin's Value with Scarcity. into ur start post. Assuming u are okay with the translation. Smiley

Dear fillippone,

I would like to help to translate some of ur posts for the German Local Board.
If its for okay u, I would start with a fairly well-known model, the Stock-to-Flow Model: Modeling Bitcoin's Value with Scarcity

According to your overview in the start post, this text hasn't been translated into German yet. I would start with it asap if nothing speaks against it.

Ok, no problem with that.
Bear in mind there is a German translation of the original article you should point your reader to.

Here is the result: Stock-to-Flow-Modell: Modellierung des Wertes von Bitcoin durch Knappheit

I hope u are happy with it.  Smiley I translated some passages very freely, especially in the interview clippings of the podcast to make them relatively understandable.
Looking forward to translate more articles into the German Local Board if you are fine with dat.

Dear fillippone, I would like to translate the following topics into Spanish in the next two weeks:  There are 2^256 private keys out there: how big is that number? and Securing Your Seed Phrase with Washers. I will start working on them in 48h if not told otherwise.

A couple of details I noticed:
- In both topics some images are not displayed correctly.
- In There are 2^256 private keys out there: how big is that number? the OP's link leads to the 2nd page instead of the 1st one. On the other hand, I think that you forgot to add a link to zasad@'s Russian translation; please, don't forget to add it when you update the list with cygan's translation.

Cheer up mates!

I have finished translating 5 Resources to teach Average Joe about Bitcoin and just posted it in the Spanish board as promised. Well, finished is a saying because I hope it to be a living topic, and translating is another one, because it wasn't as easy as literally following the content to the letter, but I hope it is worth the effort and it helps many newbies (and not so newbies: one should never stop learning!).

I'm sorry, I'm way behind, not on the text but with all these images ...

Everyone who is going to translate any topic should make an announcement on this thread beforehand to avoid any confusion. As a fist step everyone should check the OP and previous announcements to check in how many languages the article have been already translated or it is going to be translated. Doing translation is a complex, time consuming and requires a considerable effort. Doing the same translation means double work and I hate the double work.

New Translation IN PROGRESS

IMPORTANT!!! read before translating: 5 Resources to teach Average Joe about Bitcoin

According to your hint, I would reserve the German translation, as also posted in the AOBT thread. If no one has contacted you by personal message, I would translate the text by the end of the week.

As you may know, the topic 5 Resources to teach Average Joe about Bitcoin has been proposed for translation by the Alliance of Bitcointalk Translators [AOBT].

I have checked the OP and previous announcements but I don't see any Spanish translation for said topic, so I hereby announce its reservation. As this is not a conventional translation and requires a preliminary analysis from various sources in local language, it will take a few days to be finished, but better take time and do it right.

Hi fillipone, I just completed a translation of your thread: everything you wanted to know about Grayscale BTC trust but were afraid to ask. Translated to Igbo language, here is the thread
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ihe-nile-gbasara-ul-ru-grayscale-ichr-ima-mana-uj-ekweghi-ka-iju-5455049

I didn't announce my intention earlier, fortunately nobody translated that thread in Igbo before I did.

short info, so that there are no misunderstandings and someone else is also working on the same translation.
i will now translate the following topic into german: Comprare/Vendere Bitcoin senza KYC: Bancomat Bitcoin rispettosi della Privacy
That's right and as per the rules if you specify beforehand that which topic any member is going to translate into desired local language so that no confusion is there again. So we hope another great translation from your end once again although I don't understand language  Grin
