Did some extensive research and found some absolute gems which could potentially make it to your list op. Check these out.

Below link talks about several popular crypto betting exchanges which are rarely talked about within this forum, but could help out punters searching for Betfair like crypto betting exchanges.

Do you mean the crypto betting exchanges listed in this post?

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.61029458

But all of them are rated as C/C- by SportStatist.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Although, they do accept Bitcoin, no?

👍

House edge makes you a long term loser. Your implied probability of winning might be 51%, but if the amount won with the bet constantly pays lower than that of your implied probability, then for every bet you pay more than you win.

The OP doesn't contain any useful information. It's a question. Any useful information from that thread is spread around in different posts written by other people and not the OP. The idea of such a thread isn't bad though. I would consider adding it if all the valuable info is concentrated in the OP.
I get it. I tried searching a lot while doing research regarding crypto betting exchanges similar to Betfair, Matchbook etc, but this was the only thread that talked about all the best ones like SX.Bet, Fairlay etc.

It's an unorganised thread for sure which is why I was hesitant about sharing it here, but it's still the best one related to this particular topic within this forum so far.

Bitcoin Bottom was at $15.4k
This is my first time seeing this thread and I would have to say, it's very organized (as I expected) and also very useful if someone is very active in this part of the Bitcointalk forum. My only suggestion would be to add the Thread Link on the Thread Title itself, instead of creating a new separate column in the table. Good Job though, +1.

A lot of time has passed since I last added new threads to the table in this collection. Have you seen any topics lately from the Gambling or Gambling Discussion boards that you feel deserve to be mentioned? Feel free to link to them below and say why. But please make sure they fulfill the below rules when you make your suggesting:

1.   No casino ANNs.
2.   No tipsters.
3.   No scams of any kind.
4.   No low quality or uninteresting OPs (according to my own assessment).
5.   No scam accusations.
6.   No threads advertising a specific platform.
7.   No bots or automated software.
8.   No discussions advertising ways to cheat or bypass restrictions.

This thread is pretty much dead for the inactivity. While it could be the most helpful for the gambling community to find out the important topics. @Pmalek, How about adding this thread in your collection: QuitGamble.com - Free Help for Problem Gamblers
Thanks for the bump.
The thread you suggested is not the typical OP I intend to add to this collection. It's just a small introduction to the website, and everything that is important happens off-site and on the official website. But the OP is actively participating in the discussion, and I like to see that. If a problem gambler sees it and they decide to ask for help, I would be happy if I have helped. So, sure, I will add it to the collection.

I suggest this thread where I give some valuable info unavailable anywhere else online
There is nothing special about your thread. Nothing of what you have posted there is backed by any evidence and is not worth commenting on. I will not add your thread.

@op you did a noble job and judging your picks, it shows that you have a good taste for good contents and I also wanted to know how often its the thread updated  and if there is any special criteria  you use for your assessment?
If I come across something I consider valuable, I add it to the collection. Of course, anyone can chip in and suggest what threads they feel should be included. Regarding the criteria, you can take a look at the first post where I made a list of some rules and points I take into consideration.

Really nice to see a topic I created here amongst your collection of your best gambling topics @Pmalek. I never expected the discussion to get the attention that it got, but it was a discussion I started because I noticed that many of the discussions about gambling always portrayed it in a negative light.

As for the other threads and discussions, I enjoyed reviewing them and I really understand why they are your best gambling threads and discussions. If it was possible for everyone to make a topic and list out their best gambling threads and discussions as well, some of these threads and discussions will also be mentioned because they are really good topics.
Yeah I had a review on the threads and your thread is actually worth mentioning  especially  in a bitter world like this.
I hope you so more research and make more strong contributions like this to the community .

That is an old thread but I think it deserves a spot on the list. It's a compilation of his gambling investment between different crypto casinos that used to accept bankroll investments.
The table at the bottom is missing, hence making the OP incomplete. All that happened a long time ago which kind of makes it irrelevant in today's time and age. Thread starter abandoned and locked the thread a long time ago so I won't add it.

There's also tomahawk9's esport's overview that's similar to Darkstar's house edge overview.
This thread is already in my collection. Taking a second look, I should maybe remove it. It's locked and the images aren't loading. But since it's already included, I'll leave it be.

saw your thread again at the top and I thought about this thread "[Self-moderated]Bitcointalk Gambling Problem Support Group" that was created by Beparanf. it was a good initiative from a member and I thought it could be a good addition to your list. although it's quite sad that the thread isn't getting much attention from other members.
It's a bit different from the other discussions in this collection. But gambling addiction and problem gambling are important topics, and this thread deserves to be seen by more people. I have added it to the table.

You are a forum user as well as a gambler who has a lot of experience and knowledge.
Here on the forum the many threads you have created are very useful and also give us users to exchange information and experience so that we can learn more and also have definite experience in the gambling industry.
Many of the threads you create have immense interest in them generating endless traffic.
Thank you @Pmalek for making an extraordinary contribution and also providing many benefits in the forum, especially for all of us users here.

@Pmalek, I found two more topics which deserve to be in the list. Here is the first one: Slots 103: More In-Depth about Return To Player (RTP) (With Poll). It was created by 'mu_enrico' in August 2020. You have added his slots 101.. and slots 102.. topic in the list. Maybe you missed this one when you made the list.
I came across it when I was looking for topics to add to this collection. Slots 103 didn't seem to gather as much attention by the community as his first two threads, and the OP is less interesting in my opinion. But it makes sense to add it since 101 and 102 are also there.

I added this one as well, and it gave me an idea of a similar thread I could create in the future. Thank you.

I got confused by the numbers in your pictures. When I see numbers like that, my mind thinks of lists, step-by-step instructions, or logical sequences that go from the smaller to the bigger numbers. It took me a while to figure out it's got nothing to do with that and simply indicates balance updates. I get it know, but feel like it would make more sense without the numbers. Interesting idea though.

Hello Mr. Pmalek
I also wanted to bring up a thread I created last October on the basics of betting patterns. Although this sounds like basic knowledge and knowledge for beginners but it won't hurt me to try to propose it to you. Even if it feels useful and can be included in your collection list. Once again I try to submit, appropriate or not up to you.

Thanks for the suggestion. It was an interesting read, so I added it to the collection. I was impressed with Japan's innovative way to allow people to gamble despite there being a country-wide ban on such activities. The Nevada State Prison having a casino for their inmates in the 20th century was not something I knew either. I don't see that it would work in today's age considering the strict US penitentiary laws.
It seems that it is true that there are countries that prohibit gambling activities, but not all countries. There are also several countries that do legalize gambling with the condition that gambling places or casinos make licenses and pay taxes to the state government.
With the existence of tax provisions from the casino business, it can become one of the state's financial income budgets.
If in the Nevada State prison there is a casino in it, we shouldn't be surprised because the casino business is one of the businesses that can generate very large amounts of money or profits, and it seems that in this era everything can be made easier or purchased with quite a lot of money too.

If you do, please check out the rules and suggestions posted in the OP. I am only interested in gambling threads with quality OPs and not lengthy discussions that spread across multiple pages of text.
Hi Pmalek
I think i have a recommendation, i actually was supposed to include this in my previous recommendation but i missed it, i just hope you find it worthy to be on the list though.

Its a thread i created on August 28th, 2022 to be précised, i hope its not too late, you can find it below -

A nice collection I must say, must have taken you a lot of time and efforts to gather those thread, which to me, I consider them it quite useful as it didn't just help gather those useful information in one place, it also acts as an achieve for those thread and also a way of getting more eyes on them since I believe most of those thread must have been buried deep in the thousands of thread on the gambling board.

if you mind adding a thread that's been locked, then here is another i will like you to take a look at, hopefully, you find it worthy to make the list not minding that its already locked.

Hi @Pmalek,

I think it is also a good idea to include these two gambling review threads for people who are asking which casinos have these promotions or which casino have the best reviews and what not. Both are in Gambling Board.

Even though I agree that both review platforms are good, I think these threads were intentionally left out due to this rule:

6.   No threads advertising a specific platform.
It already came from you that both review sites are good so that means they are not paid to shill or promote a specific gambling site but they review gambling sites according to their own taste only and can also based on the users feedback.

The real one's that are not allowed are those threads created with minimal effort and the links that the op have posted are sometimes a referral link. That one is obvious that they are only shilling the site and the op are sometimes not part of the team. Review sites that highlights and features known scam casinos like 1xbet on their platforms, must not be allowed as well because they are misleading the gamblers.

You are not wrong, but Maus0728 isn't either. It might be unfair not to include GamblingBro's thread when I have included a similar one by Bitcasinorank. As long as the content is interesting and of good quality and the advertisement of a site isn't the primary goal behind the thread, I don't mind it.

I remember having looked at some of GamblingBro's reviews and they are very good. I will add both threads to the collection.

I don't think it will because the Gambling board doesn't have any other threads pinned expect the warnings about forum giveaways and the rule about having one announcement thread per casino. I just noticed 3 more topics which seems great in gambling section.
Here is the first one: #1 RATINGS of BITCOIN SPORTSBOOKS : poster book discussion
The OP of this thread has rated many well known sports betting website, also included few more details in it.
I came across this one but decided not to add it thinking it was outdated. The thread was created in 2014. I have asked the OP how often he makes changes to his thread and adjusts the ratings if the reputation of certain platforms require so. I will consider adding it after that.

This is the second one: List of truly instant and anonymous bitcoin casinos
The OP of this topic has rated some crypto gambling sites in different categories. This is an old topic and the OP isn't active in the forum. As a result the information of this thread is backdated, but the OP had shown some great effort when he created the topic for gamblers.
Quite outdated just like you said. A lot could have changed in the meantime. Those platforms he considered to be excellent could have gone bad and vice versa. I also didn't like some of the conclusions he made like saying I am adding all Croatian casinos to my blacklist because of the bad experience I had with one of them. I have never heard of any of those Croatian-based sites to be honest, but such prejudice can be harmful.

This is the third one: All Bitcoin Lottery websites
I haven't noticed this topic before, there isn't much discussion in that topic. As a result, it has rarely pop-up in the Gambling discussion. However, notblox1 has created a good list of bitcoin lottery website.
He seems to have made some updates to his OP recently and that's why it jumped to the top in that particular sub-board. I don't remember seeing it either while I was carrying out my research. But I like it and will include it in my collection.

Well, It could be another thread where it is a collection of outdated gambling site and of course only the best gambling site before it is not updated anymore. As provided before, those two references are outdated as you have said then maybe there are other gambling sites like that. It's up to you to do that and I might do it if I have spare time to made some research about it. I guess it will take some time if I don't have enough time to finish it as soon as possible if ever I decided to do it. I also have second thoughts that it could be useless to do it.

Don't worry, I understood what you were trying to say. I was also just explaining my reasoning why certain discussion threads aren't included. The threads you mentioned are significantly different content-wise from what you can find suggested in this table. Those pool threads contain discussions and good posts that span across dozens of forum pages. On the other hand, every link you see in the OP will lead to a thread where the essential information can be found in the opening post. All those days I thought those were only the worthy thread to discuss. Until I saw your thread I did not realize that there are many jams we have in these boards.

All those days my favorite threads were EPL pool thread, CL thead and some others threads from sportsbet. But it seems I really never looked into some worthy discussion topics in the section.
The threads you mentioned are significantly different content-wise from what you can find suggested in this table. Those pool threads contain discussions and good posts that span across dozens of forum pages. On the other hand, every link you see in the OP will lead to a thread where the essential information can be found in the opening post. I haven't taken into consideration the quality of the posts written by other members in those threads.

Nope. There was no wagering requirement. About the wagering requirement, Many people ask me the same question. So, I realized that was so generous of the blackjack team. Maybe they are only (or a few of them) casinos that gift-free spins without wagering requirements.
Interesting. Was the promotion part of their welcome bonus package or how did you get those free spins? Or maybe you are a loyal player of Blackjack.fun and they decided to give you a little treat? Something like that happened to me when FortuneJack introduced eSports and I was given a free bet as part of their promotion.

As I have said already. Sometimes they offer free spins on some random events. I am replying to this post again because today blackjack offered the event of another free spin. I guess you are interested in getting some free spins (No wager Requirement). But this time they put a new rules which is Max to win $100 USD. Check this thread and grab up to 30 Free spins https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/blackjackfun-win-upto-30-free-spins-everyone-1mbtc-raffle-draw-every-2d-5394551

I think you have made really amazing thread however would be great if we can work on the rating status? I mean let’s add another column at the end and have fair ratings in view of trust. This can be done by taking the votes on each casino. I think I might just make another thread or submit rating pattern here. It’s good to see peeps are submitting their views already on various casinos. It’s good.
Your post is kind of confusing and I honestly don't know what you are talking about. You are talking about ratings of casinos. This is not a thread about casinos, how trustworthy they are, or where and how you can gamble. It's a collection of threads I think are helpful and should be in one place for easy access.

Nah. That was not the welcome bonus package. I have never tried Blackjack. Fun before enrolling on their signature campaign. They credit Signature payments on Blackjack. Fun account. So, I thought, let's give it a try. The Free Spins were from Daily Wager Contest. Usually, they don't offer free spins regularly. I have seen Admin announce that- "Top 20 Participants will receive some free spins". So, I wagered some amount and made it top 20.

Hey dude. I am not sure if you have seen my recent posts on other threads. But I am going to share something worth sharing here. Right after checking those posts about slots, I started searching for the best providers slot games with a minimum base bet. But, somehow I got a few free spins on blackjack. fun. To be honest, I never expected that much from free spins. I won 0.023150 BTC from 10 Free spins (4scatter).
That's great. I didn't see the posts of yours that you are referring to. I assume those free spins come with certain wagering requirements, right? Did you manage to fulfill them and withdraw some coins?

Nope. There was no wagering requirement. I have won around $1000 worth of BTC and I have withdrawn all of them. I have already lost half of it. Still, I am in profit and happy about this win. About the wagering requirement, Many people ask me the same question. So, I realized that was so generous of the blackjack team. Here is another thread which is informative and similar like that
Overview Sportsbooks odds/margin comparisons (Esports edition)
I like it, so I added it in the thread. I don't remember seeing it when I was gathering the threads to add in this collection. The reason for that is that it doesn't have that many views and is locked. But it deserves to be here.

Also give a look in this topic: Overview Comprehensive list of Crypto Sportsbooks -!New Poll!-
This thread contains good details of some crypto bookie. The OP of that topic is inactive and the details hasn't been updated for a long time. But the thread is quite good and clean.
I did find this one during my initial research. But like you said, looks like the OP stopped working on it while it was still on-going and never returned to complete it. However, the info is still good. Added to the list as well.

Thanks!

Don't force yourself to dig deeper knowing how slot works but what important is you know the basic rules on how to play this game and you enjoy playing this game.

If you have a bad experience on slot games then simply don't play slot games, again no need to force yourself on a thing that does not get your interest because it will only cause you a stress not satisfaction and besides there's more to explore out there, there are other tons of gambling games that you can try and see if what you have feel with them. Basically in a slot game you will win if many similar symbols matches but if there are not enough symbols that matches you will lose.

Glad you like it. I would love to include some quality threads about e-sports, but honestly, I wasn't able to find any where the most essential pieces of information are all shared in the OP. They are usually questions and discussions about the best casinos to gamble on e-Sports or discussions about the best games etc.

Do you know of any threads that you wish to recommend on this topic?

Great job my friend, we now have a high-level thread whereby any novice gambler can get accurate information about his gambling that he likes instead of searching in google engines. You can add one of the e-sports gambling threads that I think will be of interest to fans of this bet.
This should be more accessible especially to the newbies, I’ve been looking for this thread since I want to search some topics that interest me, now with this one its more convenient to do so. Thank you OP for this one, will put this on my watchlist as well so I can get updates as well. This thread can lessen the questions of most of the newbies, everything can be seen here.

It's a useful thread and will surely help especially for beginners who are getting ideas about gambling sites on this forum. It isn't easy to compile those threads so I'm impressed with the initiative of Pmalek. Those who want to look for old threads will find it easier this time. Op really made searching easier for most of us.

I mentioned earlier in my post that there will be more discussion to be added as the gambling community is progressive and dynamic many new concepts are coming up, so I consider this thread a work in progress, I believe new ideas and discussions will be added so it's better to come back and check for new additional discussion or topic and I suggest to put the word newly added in bold or colored.
I agree with you. The educational forums should also be added to the forum for the worthy members to  help the starters gain knowledge and advice from the experts and senior members of the community. I have personally gained so much knowledge by reading the expert opinions - some of the members are very cooperative and explains so well.

To be honest, I never understood how slot games work. I never knew how slot machines work.
<...>

In general, today's slot games are not very different from those of a century ago, but they certainly offer a more modern experience. The basic mechanics of any slot game have always been the same. We have three or more spinning reels and each reel features one of each symbols available in the slot. When you press the button or pull the lever, the reels spin until they stop, at which point you can see if you've landed a winning combination. The rest is just an upgrade on the basic concept to make the game more fun for players. Of course, online casino slots use random number generators instead of mechanical reels.

That particular post you linked to is great, however, the idea of this selection of threads is that the OPs should contain all the information about the topic of discussion. If that post by dooglus was the OP, I would gladly include it because I think it's good. But since it's part of a lengthy discussion that spans across 13 pages, it doesn't really fit. The OP of the thread is a question and a challenge to other users to show their best strategies.

In my opinion, one of the main drawbacks of forum platforms is that a lot of useful information is buried beneath a bunch of trashy posts and extremely low quality topics. This forum has tons of super useful ideas and opinions, but its mostly buried amongst the trash. Sure you might find a great forum topic here and there, but a lot of people are just here to post their own opinions rather than try to help others.
Pmalek made a topic that can help other members who are looking this information and they can always find it if they use search function in forum.
I don't know any better way of communication to avoid spam, just look chaos you can find in telegram or in other social media websites.
One good way for keeping track of good and useful topics is to bookmark and follow them.
Honestly, Pmalek had done well in compiling all those topics together so can get the gist of those buried fantastic topics that had helped many forum users in the past. This trend will help many new forum users who might not know that most of all these topics are available in this forum but had been buried by the constant new threads that are being posted by contributors everyday.

I think having links to the original threads would be very interesting so new users can easily go through them with ease.

It took weeks. I worked on it when I had some free time. Bit by bit.

You're the best to do this because you are active in the gambling section, all threads are well selected if one is going to create a new thread about gambling he should first look on this thread to check if the subject that he is going to cover is already covered thereby avoiding plagiarism or duplicate topic, this is a must-read not only for members of Bitcointalk but also for gamblers outside of Bitcointalk.

ANN threads and similar discussion threads span across hundreds of pages. Both good and bad things are scattered around. Some of it interesting, some gibberish, and some fake.
Makes sense since it's difficult to comb through their ANN threads in order to find those interesting posts(Some of them helped me learn a lot about the gambling world).

Also, I feel that this particular thread should be stickied since it's way easier finding useful crypto gambling related threads and discussions when compared to manually searching for them which is a hassle. Thanks for your effort!

I would appreciate if you would include name of the author of that thread.
I thought about that when I created the thread but decided not to do it. In some of my other casino and gambling related threads, I had rules that included not mentioning platforms that have legitimate negative feedback. This time around, that wasn't a factor. I just added all the topics that I think deserve to be mentioned no matter who wrote them.

Besides, are you adding more than 1 entry for a single topic? It seems you are allowing that. I would be happy to get one thread on "Provably Fair"; can't remember who wrote that thread but that was pretty much interesting & I didn’t find that in your thread. I will try to get that one and share.

I liked this one. It's been added to the table.
This one is already on the list.

this thread reminded me of this Martingale revisited, would you mind adding it?
Thanks, but no. If it contained interesting information in the OP, I would have considered it. In this case, OP is asking a question. He didn't create a guide or tutorial of any sort to explain his strategy.

Excluding their ANNs from this thread doesn't really make any sense since there are a ton of interesting posts in their ANN threads. Just my 2 cents.
I only consider interesting OPs where all the information I want to see is right there at the click of a button. ANN threads and similar discussion threads span across hundreds of pages. Both good and bad things are scattered around. Some of it interesting, some gibberish, and some fake.

I noticed this thread on the list: Criteria of a good gambler

I considered that thread as a "generic subject" (not sure with the term) or should I say already obvious traits or characteristics about a good gambler in general.
You are right, it's pretty generic, but for some reason I liked it. It contains a good share of grammatical mistakes and could have been better, but I agree with the info that was shared.

You have added ‘Bitcasinorank review making site’ thread link in the chart. Why you have specially selected them while there are many other review making site ANN thread in the gambling section?
I think he puts a lot of effort into his reviews, they are very detailed, and he created a decent looking OP. I don't see the usual scam casinos that seem to be ever-present with most people creating casino reviews.

Already on the list.

Since hate isn't allowed, I probably should reserve... oh what the hell Wink

I haven't gone through the entire list but I think you find much more interesting discussions happening with particular users, rather than threads. With all due respect, many threads are started by users who I feel are alts, or aren't really gamblers, or who haven't really contributed to existing discussions already.

An example is Martingale revisited as per acroman08's suggestion, which is a post from a good user and offers much more constructive and new insight from others even on the first page. This to me is more useful than the general dead-horse-beaten-countless-times posts that tend to populate Gambling Discussion.

So I prefer the threads that list users and there's already one, but I don't necessarily agree with the entire list either.

Closely analysed Merited posts incorporation would probably cultivate an even higher-quality list.

I considered that thread as a "generic subject" (not sure with the term) or should I say already obvious traits or characteristics about a good gambler in general. I mean while gamblers progress, being responsible is something built automatically.

Like the first pointer on that thread, "a good gambler never chase profit" - isn't it the main reason why we gamble? not because someone is chasing a profit, they can be considered as a bad gambler. Something like that.

Just my feedback. Please no hate comments from others. Smiley

It takes time to create a huge compilation like this, everything about gambling and gambling discussions is all here this thread should be pin to access the best discussion in this category, the oldest one was created in 2014 we can all learn from these newbies and old members can learn from this thread.
And this will avoid similar discussion anyone who wants to create a new thread should first look here to avoid similarity of the thread that he is going to create.

Interesting thread. Honestly, the gambling board and its sub-boards are primarily filled with crypto gambling sites related discussions which makes sense since advertising them is a win-win for both the sites and their supporters.

Excluding their ANNs from this thread doesn't really make any sense since there are a ton of interesting posts in their ANN threads. Just my 2 cents.

this thread reminded me of this Martingale revisited, would you mind adding it? it's probably not one of the best but it was an interesting thread showcasing the use of martingale. no, I do not use or recommend for anyone to use martingale when gambling.

The gambling section contains massive amounts of posts and plenty of spam. But it’s also the place for hidden gems that have been forgotten over time.

Today, I am presenting my collection of the best gambling threads and discussions from the main board and the ‘Gambling Discussion’ child board. It’s a table with the most interesting topics I could find. I manually searched through 150 pages of the ‘Gambling’ board and 143 pages of the ‘Gambling Discussion’ sub while creating this list.

I hope you will like it.
If you believe some other threads deserve a place in the OP, don’t hesitate to suggest which ones.

But pay attention to the below rules while suggesting threads. These rules can be updated at any time!
