Uhh, a little babbling... so, surprisingly [at least I didn't expect it when I first create this thread] I am running out of space. I didn't expect the amount of the list to be this... extensive.

For the past few weeks, adding new cases to the list has been quite a hard work since the post has somehow reached their max character limit, thus gave an error and won't display the message properly when I added new entry. Initially, the first slot of the three posts slot that I reserved, which I kinda simply only need to move some entries to the second slot.

Then first and second slot reached their max characters too, and this is where things became interesting during my weekly update, as I have to "gamble" a little every time I added an entry of a casino. If I can squeeze that complaint to its casino's section without touching the max character limit, I'm good and my heart leaped a bit [not exaggerating].

If I've reached max character on the first slot, though, I have to move one or two entire section of a casino [the casino's group] to the second slot, and if second slot somehow also reached their max character limit, then I have to move the latest entries of the second slot to the third.

At this point I realized that I'm only waiting for the inevitable: all three spots that I reserved reached their max characters quota.

Yesterday was the day.

I have several alternatives in mind, like deleting old resolved cases, capping max "resolved" cases of casinos to certain number and delete the rest, amongst other thing, but eventually decided that removing any past case of a casino with whatever method won't be fair as it'll "reduce" casino's reputation, their "battle scar" if you may.

So, I think best way is to move all entries that's made on 2023 to below slots, where it'll work as an "archive". Eventually, I'll move cases that's made on 2024 to join 2023's cases when 2025 cases pushed the max character limit.

Basically, the three slots below will keep the record of 2023-2024 cases against casino. And later on [suppose this thread survive that long] another three slots of posts that keep the record of 2025-2026 when post #1-3 cater cases of 2027.

Casinos who only have cases in 2023 and not in 2024 [I noticed that these are usually small casinos] will still have their entry on the first page, and copied to the second page. This is to ensure that readers who do their DD did not misled by thinking these casinos has no issue. They had. People just [I assume] stopped playing in their platform in 2024, thus no further complaint created.

I am currently inquiring more to the player to understand the situation better, as the explanation behind their account closure, as per what they narrated to us [up to the point this post is made] is a bit vague. Hopefully we can understand the context better with the player's screenshots.

For the flag, though, I will have to wait for the development of the case and until the situation become more clear and definitive. The current issue [as per I perceive them] is with the ambiguous reason of closure and the lack of license. The ambiguous reason for closure is currently being inquired. While for license, as per efialtis's contact's explanation, they aren't actually without license. The license exist for their other domain, of which they'll update soon. So I think I better wait until more things unfold before I can support or oppose the flag.

As for your case, yes, I have to agree that its status can be changed, as the OP of the casino last active was on 2nd April and doesn't seem to be interested to comment further, although the last point made by the accuser [namely you] was valid.

I usually sweep the accusation board and my list on the weekend [I planned to do this week's sweep tomorrow, if time allows me to] and ask for follow ups for cases in progress, pushing things back in motion, etc., and will usually mark a case as unresolved or inactive after several weeks of inactivity. Unresolved if the one stopped responding is the representative and inactive if the one stopped is the player.

It's actually more to because the list is limited to cases from 2023 and 1xbit doesn't have case since then... not in a good way, they didn't have a complaint on this forum because everybody know it's a bad casino. Another reason is because their reputation is already known [thus, an idea of how reputable 1xbit is by reading this thread no longer needed] and that their representative is no longer here, while this thread is for those who still have representative, as well as to help those representatives to know what active cases against them are still active.

But that is possibly a fatal oversight from me. I will be adding 1xbit entry with a list that logfiles and you created, to cover the complaints globally, with "multiple" as the complainants, and the warning sign [like those casinos above with very poor reputation], the format will be like below. This list contains the accusations of both casinos and sportsbooks. How about replacing the word 'casino platform' with 'betting platform' from this thread title?

In my opinion, those accusations don't deserve to be in the list which has been created by "cryptogeniusdice" against Stake.com. Those are unnecessary complaints, which will make the list longer. You may remove them from the list to reduce the load.

This thread is still far from perfection, and inputs are very much welcome. For example, just few minutes ago I added a section about providers as people pointed out that their PF games are not verifiable. Please note that it is intended as a summary of the accusations against gambling platforms that have ANN and representative on this forum. As it is intended to be a summary, it will be very much appreciated if discussion, debate, or any other things related to a case pointed out on this thread to be carried out on their respective thread to keep this one clean and tidy. The status of each of the cases are determined and color coded according to below criteria:

In Progress
- Case where accuser made a valid case with strong evidence and the representative is currently attending the case

Resolved
- Case that reached resolution, either implied or clearly stated

Invalid
- Case that is not backed with evidence, either a screenshot or anything to substantiate the accusation
- Case where representative has addressed and the accuser didn't challenge the counter-accusation or invitation to arbitrator

Inactive
- Old case that's been more than one month without any update from the accusers with representative already replied

Active/Unresolved
- Case that is backed with substantial evidence and not attended by representative. Accuser may or may not inactive for the last three months due to the lack of response
- Case that is backed with substantial evidence, the discussion left hanging with the representative never addressed the last [valid] accusation/post/proof from accuser. Accuser may or may not inactive for the last three months due to the lack of response

Though I'm quite familiar with most cases below and the scam accusations board itself, I still spent many hours to get reacquainted with each of them or to get a grasp of the cases that I did not oversee. This means [and as I am only human] I might mislabeled one or two cases, or misjudged the status of a case or two.
